MANAGING PARTNER / BROKER
Willow is a Managing Partner and Broker for ACRE Commercial, with more than 24 years of industry experience and a focus on business development, client relations, tenant representation, third party management/leasing, and acquisitions. Willow started her career as the primary Florida leasing agent for Georgia based shopping center developer, Maxwell Properties where she worked with shopping center owners from Principal Life Insurance to local investors to increase rental rates and achieve overall CAP rate objectives. Since Maxwell Properties, Willow has led successful leasing efforts for multiple retail and mixed-use projects across Florida and has expanded her practice into the Carolina’s market.
Currently Willow is taking that experience and focusing her business model on new project consulting, shopping center redevelopment strategies, urban/infill and community related developments and related tenant representation; she specializes in providing clients strategic advice, pro-forma assistance, targeted leasing plans and focused marketing campaigns. She was also Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year, a Board Member of the Rollins Hamilton Holt School, and was featured on the 40 under 40 list in the Orlando Business Journal. Willow is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served on several related committees. Willow currently serves on the West Florida ICSC Programs Committee as co-chairman and is also the co-chairman for the Central Florida Retail Alliance. She has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for closing a high volume of deals per quarter.
Willow’s industry cross-related experience includes being a retailer herself and owning a specialty boutique on Park Avenue in affluent Winter Park, Florida. She also served as the Vice President of the Park Avenue Merchants Association where she co-founded Park Avenue Fashion Week and the annual concierge stroll along with many more community events and marketing campaigns that boosted business for the Winter Park area merchants. She also served with the Leadership Winter Park Class of 2008.
Sandi is a Managing Partner for ACRE Commercial, holding more than 30 years of wide-range real estate practices. Her extensive experience in tenant and landlord retail representations facilitated the successful closing of hundreds of sales and lease transactions valuing more than $430 million throughout Florida and Puerto Rico.
Previously, Sandi was the Director of Real Estate for Value Financial Services, where she grew the business to a multi-unit retailer with 120+ locations in multiple states, doing full turnkey serves from market research, site selections, construction management through FF & E. Sandi is currently specializing in client development, client consulting services, market expertise, retail services, urban infill retail and specialty tenant representation throughout the state of Florida.
Sandi has successfully located multiple sites for tenants such as Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine, Moe’s Southwest Grill and more. She has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 1998. Sandi served as founding member and chairman for Jack in the Park, benefiting Special Olympics of Florida for the past ten years along with other charitable organizations. Sandi is the current co-chairman for the Central Florida Retail Alliance and is a board member of Thornton Park District.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Elena is a Director with ACRE Commercial, specializing in marketing. She is certified in Sites USA. Prior to joining the ACRE Tampa office, she was a residential real estate agent for Keller Williams in Kansas where she facilitated buyer and seller transactions. Elena also served as Agent Services Director, managing and assisting over fifty agents in day-to-day operations.
She received her BFA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, majoring in Fine Art. Elena's artistic background has aided her creative efforts in marketing and graphic design. While in Kansas she also started a successful real estate photography business, photographing more than 400 properties in less than two years. Elena is currently a member of the St. Pete Young Professionals Nonprofit Organization.

Brooke is a VP of Sales and Leasing for ACRE Commercial, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining the ACRE Tampa team, Brooke worked diligently with landlords throughout the state of Florida by focusing on creating a sustainable yet advantageous approach to retail leasing for both JLL and RMC Property Group.
Brooke’s experience and tenacity has allowed her to assist clients with their portfolios by creating synergistic tenant mixes that overall maximize the client’s ROI.
Brooke graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Science and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida. She is also a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay.

Serenity is a VP of Sales and Leasing for ACRE Commercial, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Her extensive property portfolio spans throughout the Central Florida market, emphasizing retail opportunities in premier shopping centers and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining the ACRE Orlando team, Serenity worked attentively with landlords throughout the state of Florida by maximizing their income and creating strong co-tenancy for Equity Investment Services.
Serenity earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a minor in Business from Southeastern University. She is a licensed Real Estate Associate in Florida and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers. She is the proud mother of three beautiful children and happily married.
Jamie is a junior associate for ACRE Commercial. As an Orlando native, growing up in Longwood, she has seen first-hand the rapid pace of growth in Central Florida, piquing her interest in real estate. Jamie graduated summa cum laude (GPA 3.97) from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. During her time at FSU, she was a research analyst, resulting in strong analytical skills that assist her to predict future real estate trends.
Prior to joining ACRE Commercial Jamie was a land analyst for NAI Realvest where she assisted Central Florida landowners with acquisitions and disposition of real estate assets. She has past sales experience with The Hershey Company and Ferguson Enterprises, ensuing long-term client relationships. Jamie is an active member in CREW.
Hannah recently graduated summa cum laude (GPA 3.9) from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Dual Major in Commercial Real Estate and Risk Management/Insurance. While at FSU she was an active member of the Real Estate Society, enabling her to establish connections with seasoned industry professionals. These connections ultimately secured her an internship with JLL during her final semester. Hannah has also interned at Tallahassee Land Group producing comparables for subject properties, Real Estate InSync learning retail insights through current and past projects and ACRE Commercial with an emphasis on business development.
Through her internships, Hannah has had the exposure to multiple facets of marketing, sales and leasing processes while building data personal skills. She is an active ICSC member.
